AMii’s mission is to create access to opportunity via medical real estate
within communities previously left behind
We exist to create a pathway to generational wealth through fractional
real estate investment.

Only 10% of US households are able to hold private equity
(representing 73% of private wealth 1 ownership) –the vast majority are white households.

Half of all African-American families in the US have less than
$8,650 in household wealth. Individuals and families falling outside of the definition of Accredited Investor need access to the same wealth-building capabilities as the top 10%.

Through medical real estate (MOBs), AMii will drive substantial risk-adjusted returns for investors, and leverage Regulation A of the 2012 JOBS Act to provide access to non- accredited investors in private equity investments and placements. Scale through the development of trusted community partners in targeted towns across the US and distribute access in these investments through these partnerships; thus, providing access to community members to own real estate in their own communities and build wealth.

the ACCESS solution

While we dive into our initial market research and behavioral study, our team has identified several geographic locations in which to pilot AMii’s platform. You can be a part of our launch efforts through direct contribution to our seed funding.

With two funds launched to support our collective initiatives, your contribution will create immediate impact in the space of equity building for marginalized communities and opened opportunities to close the gender gap.

AMii utilizes a technology platform alongside selected real estate ventures as open investment access to non-accredited investors. AMii’s primary revenue stream is the collection of rents paid by the tenants of the real estate investment projects. AMII’s secondary business model, a greater source of distributions to AMII and its partners, occurs via appreciation in property value that is monetized via cash-out refinancing which occurs on average every five years during the average property holding period.
